Thanks! I hate the silver (I was going more for make/model/price than how it looked)....but it doesnt look too shabby now I guess....Im just jealous of everyones nice decal jobs and shiny paint!!!!! Stupid silver, can't make that **** shine at all lol

Im glad Im all legal now, to practice I was riding around the community A LOT (not too far)....just shows you don't NEED a bike school to learn. Practice practice practice, and reading lol. (I would have done a school if I could have, but I have anxiety issues and the closest school to me is too far for my anxiety to handle).

 

Well time to show some updated pictures of "Eric". I've had him 14 days now... so, showing him some love etc... nice wash and wax with Meguires Wax... and a tidy up etc... Basically I've replaced the seats, wheel decals and a few bits and bobs to liven him up... so now... it's from this (these first two pictures of the advertisement from when I bought him):

Basically replaced the tired looking seat with a new piped one... I think looks lovely. Also, did the wheel decals as well, large HONDA yellow stickers and also, wheel trim tape cut and the CBR logo's on it...










Then, finally the GPS/Phone Mount... just waiting on a new case for the HTC One X (which should be available in 10 days time) and I'm ready to go. Also fitted a cigarette lighter adapter for charging etc

Also, going to get a set of new front and rear tyres, probably Pirelli Diablo Strada as can't really afford the ones I really want at the moment (Michelin Road Pilot 3's).

if you're interested, this is where I got them:

Rim CBR Logo's

Honda Yellow Logo (Any colour)

Rim tape is just bog standard yellow put on by hand (didn't bother with applicator, I'm pretty good and steady so)... yeah I'm really happy with it to be honest, really livens the whole bike up now... doesn't look as drab.

Now, that is the colour I was originally looking for, exactly the same, but quite rare in the UK that is... very very VERY sweet fella... nice find.

 

@ Pug - Nice work on your bike...looks great! Rim tape/lettering looks good. The pipe is a very nice addition. Hope that phone mount works out for you.

@ Hondacx2 - Very clean looking orig example F4! Looks nice. A blank slate for mods if you desire. What windscreen is that?

 

A couple of when she was clean. Thanks for the comments. I am chasing a tapping noise. After that jets and exhaust and turn signals and plate mod. That's all thou. I have one issue with one graphic I'll post a thread about it later today.

 

Cheers matey... yeah, coming along nicely... just received my new Pazzo rip off brake/clutch levers, so will update once they're on, won't be putting them on for a week or two though, few things to do, one being new tyres, both are shot... probably going Pirelli Angel ST's...

@Hondacx2 - That is one looking mint bike... have to admit, have a soft spot for the red/black combo... as once waxed red looks sensational!

 

Some tweaks, new tyres on and some white wall lettering... also new additional in Pro Grips in black/yellow... coming along nicely now...
