I have had this bike for two months It was stock when I bought it I am doing what I can as I can afford it. I would like to change the seat to a newer two seat type. I dont want to buy a new pipe or taillight

I have a question, what are you guys using on your rims to get the color around the edge...is it those ebay decal kits or is there a better product/ way to do it...ie paint?

I heard those rim stripes are hard to put on because its easy to screw up.
Any thoughts with ppl who put them on already?
Tips on putting them on?
Do those ones that come with "applicator" make it fail proof?
