f4 head!!!!

i have 2 f4s just wondering how hard it would be to swap out the heads and carbs? havent tore 1 down that far basically i just want to know if anything is holding it to the block or if its a easy swap

pretty sure im gonna get a new gasket seein how itll allready be apart thx nucka
