It's called the rear grab rail, you don't really want to put that thing on there do you? They look kind of silly I think! I swear they make plugs to go in those holes, I did a quick search online but didn't come up with anything. Maybe search the F4i forum about the plugs if you want otherwise I've seen the grab rails on ebay too. Doesn't look like there's enough clearance for the rear seat cowl and that grab rail but I could be wrong. Enjoy.
