Default CBR600 FY (F4) Fairing

Hi there,

I've just bought a CBR 600 FY, year 2000 model. I suspect its the same as the F4. I want to buy a new fairing kit for it as its been dropped but Im not sure what the difference between the FY, FX and F4 models is (if any)

Does anyone have any ideas:

Fairing I want to buy:

My bike:

ive seen on ebay fairing kits for all three (FY, FX, F4):
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Honda-CBR600-F...ht_9566wt_1026

so Im assuming its the same model but cant be too sure

Any ideas?

The FX is the 1999 F4 and the FY is the 2000 F4(in u.s.). Shipping is rediculous for these fairing kits so maybe try to find some in Europe or where your at. Or look for "free" shipping on these kits.

delkevic has their main office in the uk, just good search delekevic and the first link is that sight.

Bought a tail from them that fit really well and theirs also a review for an entire kit if you do a forum search for delkevic fairing review.

I am aware of one difference between the american F4 and european FX/FY and it's the rear grab bar.
the F4 doesn't have it' and so you'd have to make the holes on your own, or skip it.
depends where you are from, around here it's 50-50 you will fail MOT.
