Yesterday taking of the tank I broke The plastic on side of the carb

Is the number 5 on the image, can i ride the bike without problem while i don't receive the part?
To put the tank have some trick?

I tore my bike down and found that same piece held together with electrical tape. As this is my first bike, I'm not familiar with carbs, but I ordered a new one.

 

The part 16027-MBW-601 is now discontinued, does anyone know where to get a replacement?

 

ebay is probably your best bet, or is there someone local that could 3D print it for you?

 

I have been able to find a few on ebay. search for CBR600F4 parts lot. sometimes you can find them in with a bunch of nuts, bolts, and hoses.
