Default carb and jet help

I have a 99 cbr f4. As of now everything is original except for a scorpion slip-on. I need to clean the carbs and replace the plugs and i wanted to know if i should do anything with the jets. The bike still has some power but i cant get the front end to pick up unless i drop the clutch and high rpm's (i dont really need to pick up the front end but i want the option and i dont want to change the sprocket).

Any ideas on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Patrick

i'd personally get the carbs cleaned and new plugs in there... and then ride it. Don't be too haste in jetting changes. Most often a simple slip on is not gonna warrant a jetting change.
