And if you take the carbs off you will have to sync then again or have them synced. If it runs fine-leave it alone. In the spring just get some good intank carb cleaner and run it threw-that's what i'm going to do.
what do you guys mean by synched ,what does this mean ,and will i need it done on my bike if i clean my crabs which i will this winter thanks ,sorry for stupid question first time im going to clean carbs also ,thanks

Yes, clean your crabs first before anything...

Basically carb syncing is balancing the amount of vacuumthe carbs are pulling so they are all equal to one another.
Yes, you will need a carb sync tool or you could search the web for "home made manometer" if you wanna build your own.
Two things I highly recommend if you do clean your carbs is setting the float height and syncing (Iusually refer to it as"balancing")
