California
Ok how do I tell if my bike is a 49 state or a California emmisoons bike?
I know look for the stuff but the po took a lot of stuff off and I would like to know if there is another way to know?

You can do a vin check, normally it will say where it was first registered. Has the PO removed the PAIR valves and direct air system, or messed with anything under the airbox? Another way is to check your jets, cali bikes have different ones.
Edit: Also look for the evap canister behind the alteration, below the front sprocket, on the left side of the swingarm.

I'm not real sure ill look in the am when I start my tear down then when I get up I plan on getting the forks off and the carbs off , im still debateing on a full header system I'm starting to lean to not get it right not I got to have something for next wenter, right?
I called honda up, they ask you a couple questions like your vin number and stuff like that and within a couple minutes you find out what your bike it, a lot easier than taking your whole bike apart! Hope this helps
The bike has to come down anyways due to me checking my vavles rejecting te carbs replacing the cct and a little more that I care not to list by it will be in my build tread late
