Bogging down around 7k with intake duct
Hello everyone - Recently picked up a 2000 f4 and the bikes been great. Last night I installed the intake ducts that run from the front of the bike to the air box. When I bought the bike it didn’t have them. Finally had a chance to ride today and when going hard on the throttle it would seem to bog down around ~7k rpm. I came back home took them off and everything is back to normal.
Could the air ducts possibly make the bike run lean? And if so why would original parts cause that issue? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is completely possible to run lean with the air ducts they kind force air in to the air box and increase pressure instead if you don’t have the air duct the fairings lower the pressure in to the air box what I will do is turn the air fuel screw a 1/4 turn out on each carb and go do ride and see if anything change
