Bike dies when tipped to the right

Working on a 99 F4 Track bike and thought it was ready to go for my next track day.
Put in some new gas, tank is 3/4 full and started it up. Runs well, idles perfect ect.
Pulled the bike off of the kick stand and leaned it to the right a bit and the bike died. It started right back up. Leaned it to the left and it kept running, Leaned it to the right again and it died again, this happens every time or when I move the bike to the left and right and slosh the gas.
Do the F4's have a tip over switch like my 600RR had?
What in the fuel system could be causing this?
Any help is appreciated.
