Swelling is already going down on my ankle.....Im so lucky my arm/jacket/hands took the brunt of the scraping. Gear is good!! It's the all over soreness in my back/neck/shoulders that is most annoying.......

outside of my ankle was like a softball a few hours ago....now its like 1/4 the size. Not broken...so Im suppose to try and move it within tolerance

Great news that its not broken. Healing time on ankles is a long process.

I almost had the similar fate this past Saturday. Tar snaked up the whole road and a turn came up, I didnt know how bad it would effect the grip, but as I was outside man in a group of 3 so not to much play for sliding out. Luckily as soon as my wheel slid a lil it gripped up when it hit asphalt again!

Its a good thing your okay man, and staying positive! Best of luck to you, I have a black right side fairing for an 06 cbr that I prolly will never use, if you want it hit me up.

A true rider! I love that you could care more about the bike than anything else and pay no mind to the people telling you to sell the bike. If I could I'd buy you a beer my friend.

haha thanks....yah I should have the shifter part in 8-14 days....so once I fix that Ill ride it around and see whats up. That bar that holds the mirror on is super bent, gotta figure out how to bend that back. Fairings will eventually get swapped later in summer when I have the $. I was out with a breaker bar and crow bar trying to bend that windshield/mirror bar back into shape, but Im too ****ed up lol...couldnt put any power into it....so it'll have to wait.

This is the most uncomfortable I've ever been....shoulder/neck/back/chest so sore, cant ****ing breathe....can't wait for this to go. Ankle feels better though. The scrapes are just annoying.

yah I sure hope Im not skiddish on the bike once I get back on.....I wanna be confident on the bike lol

Thanks for listening to my whining fellas :P

I bent the windscreen bar back into shape....so now the bike looks fairly decent! I took her out for a ride today.....everything seems to be working alright...no issues.....other than my body, my ankle and shoulders didnt like it lol.....shifting wasnt easy without the nubbin on the lever....but I got her up to 100kph testing for any misalignments and such and it seems good!!! Actually even with the scraped fairings it doesnt even look that bad...glancing at the bike you dont even notice lol

Busted side

Nice side lol

Glad you're relatively alright!
pretty sure they dont have f4 fairings... ive checked before and couldnt find any. but now would be a perfect time to do the f4i conversion if you like that style better!
