adjusting jets

RE: adjusting jets
Do you have a pilot screw driver? It's a special angled screw driver that you can getto the carb pilot screw. What you need to do is turn the pilot screw until it seats (closed). Then turn it 2.75 to 3.0 in the opposite direction in Cali, but 3.25 in other states.. Dynojet instructs to turn it 3 turns and do a synch carb. If you don't have the pilot screw driver then the only way to get to the pilot screw is to pull out the carb so you can get to it.
Pull out the carb and it'll be the screw on the right, bottom side. Turn until it seats then turn the screw the number of turns. Put the carb back and the airbox but attach the tiny 4 hoses to the synch. Once the carbs are synched then put the hoses to the right spot. (I suggest you label everything before you take things off and get a manual before you start.)
Good luck
