hey guys, looking for opinions on regarding a very possible purchase.

99 f4 yellow/black scheme 17k miles for 2300

pros:
near new front/rear tires (battlax bt002 hypersport)
two brothers slip on

cons:
dropped on both sides
left/right side fairings very scratched up
rear fairing has cracks
front fairing/fender has some damage

other:
is including f4i seat conversion kit
extra pegs
all stock items

other than cosmetic damages which don't concern me, would this bike be worth the purchase?

i'm also wondering if riding a bike w/o the fairings would cause it to be more prone to damage? for example too much debris/dust getting into air filter/engine or if i dropped the bike/fell over causing more damage

going to go see and test the bike out on monday so let me know what you think
