hey guys

i was looking at a 99 f4, its got about 68k miles on it

the owner just recently got new tires, a new clutch, a new sproket, a yoshi slip on, and a tune up,

the bike it self runs pretty good and looks to be in good condition, engine sounds strong, but is 68k miles too high for a f4?

wow i was worried about paying 3500 for 1 with 8,000 miles. how much is he asking??

 

My god, thats 109,400km. My CAR dosen't even have that much.
These bikes might go a long time, but you have to think, how much
does it have left in it?

If its dirt cheap, say $1500 - $2000 give or take. I might be worth a year or two.

 

i paid 3000 for a 99 with 26k on it. i would go check nada.com and see wut they say its worth.

 

i paid 3150 for my 99 with 15,220 on it

 

thanks guys, i thought better of it, 65k is more than my car, i think i will be looking more and saving up slightly to either get a f4i again or at least something with less miles

 

68k on a sport bike that you dont know how it was really taken care of...I think I would pass. now If it was someone I knew and I knew they took care of it I would consider it.

 

i paid $3,000 for mine and it had 4,200 miles

 

eh, not real bad, not reall good lol. My F4 has 49k roughly on it n runs as strong if not stronger than when it was new.

 

wow... more than my car. never heard a number that high on a sportbike...
