alright everyone, i'm wanting to change my tail section and the one i'm really wanting is the 600rr subframe and tail and was wondering if anyone could tell me if this would even be possible to mount on my f4?

my other options are listed as to what would fit and look best, keep in mind this is a street bike and must be functional as far as lighting goes.

 

I have done the f4i tail swap and I am very happy. From what I know, you'll have to do some fabricating to use the 600 rr tail end.

 

any idea what type of fabricating?

I'm having the same problem. I don't know which one to go for.
I'm leading towards the solo race tail, but don't know if I have to buy a sub-frame for it.
I don't really know what to look for and where.
Also, will an aftermarket undertail kit fit on a solo race tail?

 

For the F4i swap you will need
[ol][*]Subframe,[*]Rear fender / battery box,[*]Front and rear seats[*]Rear cowl[*]Rear passenger pegs or exhaust hanger[*]F4i break and turn lights, or if you want the integrated look and new LED tail light[/ol]
