About the brake pedal....
It looks like the owner replaced the rear set (brake pedal and mount set up) with a kinda cheap replacement rear set. Either to upgrade the looks of the bike, or to replace a broken one.

Now it is apparent that this rear set that the owner replaced the one previous isn't a great upgrade, and an OEM looks much better. Well it does appear that the spring is the only part holding the brake pedal/lever up, but that is not the case. If you look behind the pedal, there is a bit of an extension off of the rear set that has a small metal pin that extends in towards the rear swing arm. If you look closely at the ball/socket style ball joint at the end of the rod, it is actually connecting to the master cylinder, as you can see by the piece of threaded rod running behind the odd looking carbon fiber cover. So that is holding on the pedal actually.

Now for the brake light with spring, I don't like to be critical...
But who ever decided that the position that the spring is in is a good place for it, didnt think it through. It looks really sloppy, and as if the spring could come off with a good jolt. And having the switch just kinda lying on top of the carbon heel cover, it is just not well thought out of.

If you buy the bike, here is a recomendation...
Run the switch behind the cover, or at least fix it perpendicular to the ground. Then adjust the spring and switch as need be, or even look into getting a longer/shorter spring to fit the need. Then instead of just hooking the spring like such, either drill a hole in the pedal somewhere so the spring is fixed into place, or get a closed end spring that wont want to come off like that one. It just looks sloppy at this point.

Otherwise good luck. If the bike runs good and is structurally sound, I think the deal is ok. I would more point towards maybe $4000 flat.

I would say if you were close to MN, my bike has 19000 miles and a really nice replica set of fairings, along with OEM fairings, and lots of extra parts. If you were going to give him $4500, I would let mine go for $4000....
However I see the license plate, Europe I assume...

Otherwise, any other questions, feel free to shoot...

Peace.
