Would greatly appreciate some throttle cable pictures today.
Workin on a F3 that someone else dissassembled and im attempting the reassembly. Just curious if the throttle cables are supposed to go over or under the frame? On my F4i the cables go right under the tank over the frame, but if I do that with the f3 cables there is mad slack in the cables. If I put them to the side they bind up. Any help would be great. Thanks

Sorry, i'm away from my bike, so i'm trying to work from memory here. I recall them going OVER the frame spar. It should pass over the frame on the right side as you're facing forward, up near the steering stem area. As a matter of fact, isn't there some thin clip welded to the top of the frame spar that holds the throttle cables in place?

There is a clip and thats where Ive had them but its like there is too much slack in them when put there. It was taken apartthe first time before I got the joys of working on it that is thesame prob they had (cables binding up). They have a big humpif you put them there.
