What Kuroshio said. I would pull the tank and drain that 93/seafoam mix out and replace with some 87 for now. Pull the plugs and clean them if possible. If you can get the bike to start give it some revs to help push whatever is left out. Should start with just the choke on. If not ur carbs probably need to be cleaned and/or sync'd considering the way the previous owner probably treated the bike with the oil change and all.

thanks for all your incite guys. im going to take it out for a bit today swap the gas out. I really want to avoid taking it to the shop I lost my job recently so its not really an option right now.

But if ya can get it on video, pictures, or the best details you got, we can get ya back up running as fast as we can, just keep us updated.

What oil and filter did you put back on there?
