Were you having any issues like this before you cleaned the carburetors ? How many miles are on the bike ? How long have you had it ?

No I wasn't and it just reached 16000 and the exhaust seems to sound different also and I've had the bike for a little bit over a month I'm worried about running it and it leading to bigger problems

If it wasn't doing it before and it's doing it now, then I'm fairly certain it has to do with the cleaning. Unless the synchronization was really off I don't think it would cause the symptoms you're describing. I think that pulling and doing a more thorough job on cleaning is in order. You may have missed something or something came loose and is now blocking one of the passageways.
