They go on the inside of the main fairings perpendicular to the radiator on either side. The bent sections curve inward toward the radiator. If you see the indent in the middle of the plastic pieces with the two holes, that's where the stock front turn signals bolt up to. The other holes are for some plastic thingies which basically secure the plastic pieces to the main fairings so it can't move around.

Haha, I thought it was funny he listed it as, "CBR600 F3." And then he says it, "fits mid 1990's." As if anyone buying parts for an F3 would need to know the year, but if they did then he offers them, "fits mid 1990's."
