Is it only under load or ANY time you pull in the clutch?

That's the opposite of what any circuit associated with the
clutch-lever normally does. So this is some extreme voodoo to me.
Hopefully, IDoDirt will see this post and come to your rescue.

I'm drawing a blank on this one. Just wanted to let you know,
your cry was heard in the wilderness. ;-)

Yes, this one certainly sounds unusual. When it turns off, does it shut down as if you turned off the key, or does it hesitate a little bit around idle and then die ? Does it seem like it's running out of fuel ? Do you have any trouble getting it started afterwords ?

Its like its running out of fuel and I usually just let off the clutch to start it back up. And it only happens under load. I checked the contacts on the fuel pump and they look fine.

But there is what looks like a spot for a vaccum tube on the fuel pump that has nothing going to it.

i dont think thats the problem
what does your bike idle at?

try upping the bike's idle with the adjustment screw, lets say +1000rpm (around 2500-3000), then try the same thing again and let us know.

it idles just fine at 1k rpm. if im sitting still i can roll on the throttle as much as i want and its fine. if im sitting idleing in first with the clutch pulled in i can rev as much as i want. its just when im driving under load. about 6k rpm.

im getting my tires changed right now so ill up the idle here once thats done. what does it tell you if it doesnt kill its self at high idle?

Man this is a weird one!
Can you give us a bit of a narrative of a particular ride that you've done recently where this has happened. I'm interested in the bit where you say you let the clutch out and, as you say, "it starts right back up". Does this happen if you're riding along? If it dies when you pull in the clutch, does it then start up as soon as you let the clutch out again?
How long have you had the bike? Has this started happening recently? Did you do any work on the bike just before the problem started?

alright let me explain a little better lol im sorry about the lack of details.

when i pull the clutch in it dies, when i let out on the clutch still moving forward it starts back up....its pretty much just a push start. or if i coast to a stop it also starts right back up using the electric start. ive had the bike about two months and its been doing this the whole time. if you look at my other thread https://cbrforum.com/forum/cbr-600f3...roject-131414/ it explains everything that ive done to the bike since the day i bought it. re did the fuel lines fuel pump stator battery rebuildt carbs changed guage cluster replaces all the vaccum lines then checked double checked re checked and checked again to make sure all the vaccum **** is right...which it is. this is the LAST issue this bike has before its back to 100% mint condition....

my bike would die when the R/R wires burned out while riding.
(the battery died)
i was under the impression that as long as i started the bike and kept it running it would be fine like most cars,
however when i pulled in the clutch the bike would die.

i wouldnt say that's your problem, however id say i know the feeling.

i dont really know how to help you in this situation... if its going from heavy rpm while riding to idle when you pull the clutch in, occasionally my bike will dip BELOW the idle speed... i keep my idle at 1500... and ive seen it go as low as 1k before from doing that.

if your bike idles at 1k, and your bike acts like mine, it could dip below idle when you pull the clutch in also, but so low that the bike cuts off.... see where im going with this? thats why i suggested upping your idle...

i rejetted, and resync'ed and adjusted the idle mixture screws.. and i havent had that problem since.
