what size jets do i need
i have a 95 cbr 600 f3. it has k&n intake filter and vance hines slip on exhaust. i know it needs jetted but i do not know which stage to get. also if anyone knows what would get me some more performance out of this bike. without re gearing. btw the bike only has 14,760 miles

A slip-on doesn't improve the efficiency of the exhaust system. Re jetting is only going to make it run rich. My suggestion would be to try to get the most out of what it came with. With only14K on it, it hasn't been ridden that much. It's a 15 year old bike so that makes it only 1k per year. Cleaning the carbs would be a starting place as well as synchronizing them. Re jetting is a time consuming process if you're going to do it right. Having access to a dyno would be great with an exhaust gas analyzer a plus.
