My brother just got a 97 CBR 600 F3. It needs a little work, but eventually it will get there. the bike is -1 in front for a total of 14 teeth and +2 in the rear for a total of 45. What size chain would it take???? 520? 530, 525? Any help appreciated.

 

520, 525, and 530 indicates the width of the chain. Stock size for the F3 is 525/108 links. You can buy a longer chain (120, 110) and cut it down to make it fit. Make sure you get the width right. Chances are whoever had the bike changed the width size to 520.
