Default What plugs do I use?

I have a '97 F3 with 34K and counting. I got the bike about 7months ago with 17K. It runs great. I get between 51-54mpg at highway speed(75-80mph). I'm wanting to change out the plugs since they are I believe the originals. What do you guys or gals suggest to get. What about the gap? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Since we're talking about plugs. Does anyone run those E3 plugs? I see the ad on here all the time. I actually watched an episode of Trucks and they ran some E3's against some regular plugs. And the E3 offered slightly better mpg but I dont know if that was swayed. Because it seemed like a huge commercial. So, any one with some first hand experience?

The bike I have "inherited had the E3's in it when it came to my home to apparently live. I put new NGK's in it and saw no diff in MPG or MPH so I go with GIMMICK
