Default What To Do?

At the begining of the summer i bought a 98 f3 with 27000 miles. I have 29000 miles on it noe and am woundering if nexster year i should get a new bike. I'm mainly wondering how many miles are left on the motor. I don't know how the past owners treated it, so would it be smarter to get a new one? Thanks.

No reason that I can see, if the bike is running well now, then 29000 clicks is nothing for a CBR motor as long as you continue to maintain it.
But if you need a reason to justify getting a new bike, hey, would not be the 1st time I have used that excuse (especially to convince my wife )

i think 27k mi is not even halfway considering it's a honda motor. honda car engines would last over 250k mi if maintained or not abused. unfortunately, it is abused.

I have 41k miles on my '97 and it's still running strong!!! I haven't had any mechanical problems with it at all. Just wear and tear items that all bikes have to replace. If you like the bike, keep it and ride the wheels off of it!
