What is it

I have a guy wanting to trade me a "97 cbr600rr" but they didn't make one in 97 so I need help to figure out what it really is and what it's worth. Here is the vin Jh2pc2513nm100703 Facebook here is the pic

Based on the VIN, it's a 1992 CBR 600 F2. Not an RR.
