Are you sure you have all the hoses and whatnot installed properly?

Did the bike run properly before you started working on it ? I'd do a compression check.

Spark plugs are good. Never floods in cylinders, just out the vents. It starts up and runs fine. Its just so hard to get it going from cold start. Itll stop coming out vents once it gets going. It comes out more when choke is at full.

how are you supplying fuel? your tank is off in the video. I had a similar issue and was causing too much pressure by having my external tank higher than the carbs

Im feeding with a 32 ounce bottle , through the fuel pump , and i only fill it to about 240ml just to make sure. When you had yours off and carbs open where you getting compression up through cArbs; i just dont want to take my bike to the shop and they charge me an arm and two legs to check this. Im hoping i can figure this out!

i think i would clean those carbs a little more,.. i have no idea why it would do this to be honest, but my best guess is something is clogged. i wish i could be more help. i would pull the carbs, clean out the jets, make sure the floats arnt sticking or anything, and clean the hell out of them. when i did it i just used carb cleaner and sprayed it everywhere trying to blast out everything i could. if everything is hooked up properly, im guessing its some sort of blockage. i wish i knew the actual answer but i dont. but while your torn down like that its probably a good idea to go ahead and make sure your carbs are spotless. also after a cleaning it will take a little bit to get the fluids back through everything so if you get it started let it idle for a little bit, get the motor a little warm, kill it, make sure it starts, let it cool off, see if the choke works on the bike. the choke is there for some condensation issue with a carb when the motor is cold, so i believe it bypasses your idle circuit. idk exactly, im not a mechanic, and please correct me if i wrong, just trying to help ya out, i know what its like having nice weather and looking at your bike sitting there and you cant ride it
