Vibration on handle bars
I recently purchased the CBR 600 and while riding around town today, I noticed some vibration on the right bar. My VFR 700 did the same thing, but not as bad. My hand goes numb after a while. Do you guys experience this too? Is it me or the bike? Thanks in advance. Later.

Front wheel out of balance, strange wear on front tyre, loose head bearings, bar ends been changed to lighter alloy ones (not as much weight for damping)
engine balance shafts need adjusting maybe or even
chain & sprockets in bad condition
mine doesnt do it im affraid
so the info was off the great dean0 hehe thats if u need it explainin hehehehe

I don't get a vibration in my bars at all. I would look to see if the bar weight inside the bar is there. There is a weight inside the bar with rubber dampeners there. The dampeners inside the bar could have gone bad too. You should see a clip looking thing after you remove the bar end. Once you get that off, you can screw some thing into the bar end. You'll have to do a lot of pulling but it'll come out eventually. Look it over and make sure it's not damaged. These weights are made of soft material and break easily if the bike has been down.

Mine gets a small oscillation at about 60 kph (35mph) only noticeable if I let go of the bars (what?) Had it checked out by a Honda mechanic who adjusted the head bearings & 10 years & a few sets of front tyres later, it still does it. But any speed above that & its rock steady. There are quite a few things that can cause vibration, some already mentioned.
Head bearings, twisted (slightly) forks, wheel bearings, wheel balance (front & rear) wheel alignment (rear) the bars being slightly out of true & the front suspension having worn parts (springs & bushes).
