Exclamation Valve timing?

Ok this may sound like a silly question but.. If my valves underneath my carbs are off timing could it cause compression to blow back up through carbs thus causing pressure to in float bowls and pushing gas out through air vents on top? Is there supposed to be any pressure coming up or just vacumm sucking down? I try to post my video of me starting bike and showing this problem im having. I check floats and needdles and all 4 are good and in tolerance. Thanks any input please!

Certainly anything is possible, but not likely. The reason I say that is the bike wouldn't have been able to run after putting the bike back together from having the cams or cam gears off. If the bike was running fine in recent history, then very slim to nil chance that the cam/valve timing is wrong.

A video would help a lot.
