Unburned Fuel - Emissions Help
Hello all,
My friend had a 96 CBR600F3 that had been sitting in his garage for three years. He said if i was bored and wanted to fix it i could use it so I did. It had bad gass from sitting so long and everything was clogged or broken. I changed all the oil, oil filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, air filter, took apart the carbs, cleaned all the jets, and then synched the carbs. I took it down to get emissions tested so i can get tags and i failed because of too much unburned gas in the exhaust.
At this point it seems like the only thing i didn't do was adjust the pilot screws. To adjust the pilot screw it says i need a 07KMA-MN90100. I can't find this anywhere and a few people posted sounding like you can make one? Where can i find this or how to make one?
Will this fix my problem? Is there anything else i should do?
Thank you for your help.
