Hello I’m new to this forum, I have been reading in here for a little while. I have a 1995 f3 and I have noticed that the two headers to the right side if your look at the bike from head on, (I think its piston 1 and 2) they get up to 250F and the other two get up to 600F what is up with that I think it might be a carb problem b.c it runs way to good to have two dead pistons (well so I think) and I don’t know what do and I was hoping some one on here would know.

No, if your engine runs richer it runs colder and if it runs leaner it's hotter which causes you to burn valves, and pistons etc. That’s why it’s usually better (if you can afford the gas) to run it a bit richer and not leaner then the specs

wow there is a lot of helpful people on here thanks, I’m out of school today so I will take a look at it, the guy that had it before me messed with all that b.c one of the carbs weren’t kicking in till 1/3 throttle or so, so it was really slow on take off he said he put some different spring in it that he had laying around (ran better after that) so I figured its just all out of adjustment I talked to Honda and they said they can readjust them and everything for 75$ I know I could do it myself (if I need help my dad has been a mechanic for 28 years) but I don’t have a shop Manuel so I wouldn’t know how to set them maybe one of yall know a link were I can find these spec's

Wow, for $75 I'd have them do it, if they can gaurantee that it will ONLY cost $75. That's not a bad price. I'm sure there is a link somewhere, however I dont know off hand for carb settings for that particular bike. If I find a link, I'll post it up for you.
