Turn Signal Drama

I have a 95, CBR f3 and just put in new turn signals(Non-LEDS)... apparently, one side blinks FASTER than the other.. I checked the ground, and they use the same ground.. so What could this mean?

no clu...but i would guess maybe a relay is goin bad...do both signals have the same bulbs??

the wires a connected wrong

at least thats what was wrong with mine, play with the wires. u have to switch them around on whatever side they are blinking faster.
