would the Tranny internals from a 95 f3 work with a 98 smoking joes?

 

as far as I know they're exactly the same bikes, so yes. bodywork is really all that makes a smokin joes bike different from a regular F3 unless I'm mistaken. its just like the newer Repsol scheme on the 1000RR, fancy paint and nothing more.

 

So gears and shift forks are all the same?

Yes,but be certain and get the localdealer to pull it up on the microfiche to make sure.There are a few differences between the 95-96 and the 97-98 engines.
