Is this what you're referring to ? If only 1 piece broke, the round opening that holds the end of the cable, you may be able to repair it. I would think that if you clean it real well with carburetor cleaner or brake clean, you could then use something like JB Weld to put it back together.

Ouch!
That will be a tough one to repair, it is a cast aluminum part and IMHO your going to have to break the carb set down into individual units, and pull the throttle pully off the number 3 carb and replace it.
I am pretty sure it's held in place with a nut and lock washer if my memory is still there, way too many beers last night.
I pulled up the bikes on line micro fiche and the cable pully was not listed...bummer so it will be a trip to the local honda shop to see if it's even available.
If you go to the honda shop for this pully part make sure you bring a big tube of KY!
There going to bend you over and drive the price home on this part, sorry OEM carb parts are expensive.
My suggestion would be to pick up a cheap carb set off ebay and get the part you need from there.
Good luck!

Wait a minute, the haze is starting to clear, I am pretty sure that was the push throttle cable you pointed out.
Toss the push cable and run only the pull cable untill you find the pully, done this many times after crashing and trashing cables....

I am on ebay all the time, if I find a set cheap I will PM you.
or even better pm me your email address and when I find a set I will send the link there giving you a better chance of winning.
SIRR1
BTW, I have found it easier to install both throttle cables on the carb set pully first and then on the hand throttle.
otherwise it's a bitch getting the cables on and working...
