Default Is there an HID for OEM drop in replacement?

I want to brighten my head light, but I want to keep the stock lens housing.
What HID bulbs will do this?

Sorry man, I think you're SOL for a drop in kit for an F3. The other thing is, you'll have to splice it into the harness which really isn't a drop in.

Ebay...you can get a low beam only or low/hi beam kit for the h4...plug and play no wire splicing required...just have to find somewhere to install the ballast... doesn't take anymore than 20 minutes.

Get Xenon filled bulbs for a Easy fix.. They're a little brighter. Or follow this for HID (but have to change a few things) https://cbrforum.com/forum/showthrea...607#post939607

Get the HID kit. Don't get any of that "xenon filled" crap. All that will do is burn hotter and melt your crap. HID's run at 35watts, and are waaay cooler than the halogen setup from the factory. DDMTuning is fine. Got a set for the wifes car, and they work great. I will never go without HID's once having them!!!

I was looking at their site and was wondering if the 55w would run too hot or cause to much load on the alternator. Has anyone tried the 55W from DDM on their F3?

Question

Thanks for all the info.
I think I want to go with this one. 55 Watts, H4 Hi/Lo, 6000K.
Has anyone tried the 55W HID in the stock headlight?
