Rentec or givi rack (adapter plate if rentec) then givi box of your choice.
Rentec rack and cheap box off the bay, they generally come with adapter plate to bolt to the rack.
I put the Givi arms / rack on Mine with the B47 Box

Not cheap but really good, the fitting arms would be different for your F3
