suspension setup?

Default suspension setup?

anbody around the 15stone mark know what they ahve their forks set up?

how many clicks on the outer and how many on the inner (brass)

got a set of standard forks in a bike and noticed everything is wound out and i cant use the settings off my track forks as they have uprated springs and oil

You probably already know how to do this, but here it goes anyways...

Set all your clickers to stock. Then try to set the sag on the front and rear. I would use what "Race Tech" calls "Street Sag" (30-35mm Front and Rear). You'll probably find the springs too soft. So you already know you want stiffer springs. Keep
Clickers stock and dial in your sag values again. Then ride and tune your dampers! I hope I could help.

Oh and after you set the "Street Sag", check Static Sag, which will tell you if the Springs are correct for your weight. Which they won't be, as they are technically too soft for me at 12st (forks anyways). Good luck mate.
