So last summer my f3 smoking joes was laid down...

Anyway, I'm looking to keep it naked and make it look pretty damn cool but I cannot figure out what to do with the gauge cluster or with the headlight swap. I purchased a buell mounting kit and a buell headlight because I read on another forum it has been done before it looks pretty decent. But do most people get rid of their gauge cluster? What are the other options to keep it a cool street fighter bike, please post your pictures and how you did yours!

Here is mine. I don't really know what all is done as I just bought it like this. There are some things I'm wanting to change like the headlight and tail. Just hoping this may give you some ideas. If you want anymore pics let me know.

 

i have the same headlight as you karonsdaddy. my previous owner didnt have any fairings on the bike except the rear sides and the tail, and he had the front headlight assembly / brackets / stock guages. so i took the stock headlight off, and mounted the same headlight karonsdaddy has onto the factory assembly up front. doesnt look the best but oh well

the acerbis headlight is a good chioce. i got the same light with a hid conversion kit and it lights up the road great. i would def put the tail back on the bike and maybe just clean up the bike a little. as far a guages go i dont have any. however there is a cluster you can get thats all digital by vaypor. thats the route im going

 

 

im looking to do a f3 tail conversion soon and paint the frame black and add red rearsets. the tail and tank will all be satin black as well

Ive not got a speedo on either of them, i do plan on getting a digi speedo for it though, maybe a F4i but im gunna see if i can find a smalled one first for as cheap.

 

did you swap the tails on those bikes? if so can you tell me what u used and how u did it ? i like the tail on your f2 and wana do a swap like that asap.
