Default Stay on, Stay off

I was hit by a cage on my motorcycle yesterday and spent the night in the hospital. I had full riding gear on, but have pretty sugnificant memory loss of the past week. Bike is ok, has some damage to the fairings, but most part not bad. So, what do you think? Ride or leave? I hate this question, but after that.... I dont wanna die.[X(]

get back on that bike! what happened really sucks but letting it get to you and change your way of life is totally wrong. you cannot change the past. but you can change what happens from here on out. sounds to me like you where involved in an accident that you had no control over and could not have prevented it in any way. that's life. you can't always control every situation. besides, do you really want your last riding memory be this accident? no way. you want to remember happy times. so get back in the saddle and put it all behind you. and do it soon. the longer you wait the harder it will be to get over what cannot be changed. glad to here that you are ok and that the bike will be fine.
