Hey thanks for the link every place I contacted for paint told me almost $500 a pint. Yes I was thining 1 pint should do the bike. I like the $100 price much more. Thanks again for the link.

Goto a local sign shop. they can print them off for you. I goto a local place and they will make any vinyl sticket you want you just need a pic for them to copy off of. cheep too. I'm getting my F4i wrapped for about $400.

I bought new fairings for my '98 SJ right through my local dealer. One side was about $400 bucks if I can remember correctly. Then I had to order some more decals for about $25 each.

I've heard alot of things about SJ's, (ie.only 500 made) but I don't think it is true. I have seen many just around where I live in Nova Scotia, so it leads me to beleive that they were more made than 500. One thing though is that you know you have a real one if you have Miguel Duhammel's signature on the top of the gas tank.

There was 1500 Smokin Joes made each year from 96-98. The authentic bikes do have the Duhamel signature on the tank.

Old post but I hope you got your answer. The SJE had 98 horse I believe while the standard f3;had 96
