the broken jet is the slow jet, correct?

99103-MT2-0400 is a oem replacement?

By taking it to mechanics, guy gave it back to me like this and never bothered to tell me. (This was when I first bought the bike and didn't know anyone or anything about bikes to do it myself)

thankfully carbs for our bikes can come as cheap as 50 bucks from ebay.
good luck replacing if you decide to do so!

it's 8 bucks from Honda, so it's not a big deal... I'd replace all 4.
