I am thinking of putting rim stipes on my smokin joes f3. what do you guys think. here is the bike:

what I am thinkin of doing is yellow on the rear wheel and purpl on front. Lets here your opinions

 

At first I didnt think it would be a good idea because of the diffrent colors, but I bet it would really light off the colors.

PS, polls havent worked here for bout a year, but you have one vote for yellow/purple

thanks for everybodys input and thanks for the nice bike comment. I am tryin to do little things to make it my own but not take away from the awesome factory look.

 

Here's my Smokin Joe. I recently picked it up and am in the middle of cleaning it up (carbs cleaned, sync'd, etc). It has a yellow ring around the rear tire. I'm not sure if the previous owner did this or if the rim came like that and I haven't gotten down there and really investigated it either.

 

that stripe looks pretty good. I lol when I saw smokin hoes racing.

 

hahaha.. when I picked up the bike the fairings were off and all i had were pictures. I noticed the "hoes" and was quite confused as to what was going on and if it was actually a SJ. Finally spoke to the owner and yes, he changed it. LOL I think it's pretty funny, my wife doesn't. LOL

 

there should be an se on the vin plate to make sure
