It always looks easier when someone else does it on a bike yours. I accidently got mine up some one night at the drag strip taking off, man was it fun. luckily my wife was video taping it but you can barely see it due to the lack of light.

Your bike can do it all day long, so we know its the driver. For 2nd gear wheelies Id be hitting bout 25-30mph. Slip the clutch and give it all the gas you can handle. Dont chop the throttle or youll slam it back down. Dont use your tach also, listening to the motor. Also are you doing sit downs or stand ups? Standing staggered with your left foot on the left rear peg, and your right foot on your right peg covering the rear brake is the easiest IMO. Keep your arms straight. BP seems pretty high on the F3 too.

DDCavi your the only one who has actually answered this thread. Thanx and yes it is driver error. I've tried sit down and staggered stand ups.......can get both of them in first,,,,,just run out of gear and tach....
25-30mph? it seams like I should be going a little faster so that the rpms are up a little more???? I'll try your method though.....thanx main.

NP, im guessing 30ish. I never paid attention to my gauges, just motor sound. My bike was geared -1 +2, but that doesnt matter. If you feel comfortable with stand ups, just rock those. Theres SO many little things that make a wheelie happen, you could just sit here and read all day. So take what youve learned and go practice your *** off.

My buddy who use to own this bike can do them. And that's with me only putting down 78hp to the wheel since it's running very rich. But he did them all the time in stock too.

All my buddy liked to do is wheelie...

I don't do them much since I don't really care about them. But I haven't done a 2nd gear other than getting it off maybe a few inches.

Bike was running on less than all cyl, maybe 2 (sounded just like a ninja 250!! lol) I was pissed so I went on to rev the **** out of her, throttle pinned. on the rev. Long story short, took it ou and bounced her up in 2nd. N O p o w a h!! lol -1front btw. You can wheelie anything. Just clutch that peice!!
