no update yet, however, bindlesf2 said he talked to him and he is supposed to contact me and ask me if i still want the fairings or the money back. hopefully he reads this and just decides to send me a check for 600.00. I will believe it when i see it.

 

wow... all i can say is that the seller is showing what type of person he is. yea things didnt go exactly how he wanted so he drags his feet on working out the situation. he still has your money and the parts you paid for and after hella long he has neither refunded nor sent back your money.. what a shame. but i guess you can only tell the type of person someone is when things dont go as planned for them.

hope something good happens to you and you can put this ****ty *** situation behind you

 

Thanks man, I hope so too. I contacted the consumer fraud investigations office in Racine gave them his info and told them what going on. hopefully i hear something soon.

couldnt this be viewed as mail fraud ? and because he lives in a different state and it crosses state lines that would make it a federal crime (because he is using the mail system)

 

everywhere i have looked into it, i get the same answer that its a small claims issue.

If I may add on to my story from the last page, I finally got my K&N filter today. The guy said he sent it on or before June 30th. Low and behold, the postal sticker says it was mailed on July 6th, a week after I was told it was sent. The guy didn't even clean the thing like he said he would and he shoved it in an envelope instead of a small box.I am lucky it didn't get crushed and rendered worthless.

I sure hope all CBRforum members are better that what Ii've witnessed here and in my personal experience.

 

take him to small claims court then plenty of tv shows that will put you on and then you can not only win your case but get some air time too lol

 

put his scamming *** on tv and make him look like the looser!!!!! judge judy will put his *** to sleep and then post the show on this forum so we all can have a laph on him i mean at him lol
