Removing ,, Modifying Exhaust
Hey All ,
I'd like to get my exhaust AS pictured in the attached photo.
After removing the slip on ,, and maybe attaching a short pipe
( NOT a shorty exhaust can ) but just a pipe to give it a "Moto GP"
Look ,,,,,,,,,
1 - Would the bike run correctly ?
2 - What adjustments would be needed ?
( carbs ? ,, jets ? ,, air / fuel mixture ? )

Well it will probably backfire, and be loud as hell. I'm running basically the same setup right now (header and midpipe, no muffler) and it is insane how loud it is and it shoots flames on downshifts. I'm still undecided how to route my exhaust (undertail vs. stock). You'll need to rejet too
You'd be pretty close to Harley status if you did that.
If you plan I riding this as a daily rider, I'd skip it. It'll get on your nerves eventually, and you're prolly asking to get pulled over.
