already done in lightweights you can be as large as 637, so im good to go.

Frame looks good!just curious why you didnt paint the swingarm.

well i went to honda today and ordered all of my rod and crank bearings, one step closer.

well more parts are on ther way, i ordered clutch plates and springs a factory pro shift kit and gasket set from work, from honda i ordered my rod and crank bearings last week went to pick them up today and can anyone tell me why honda sells them as halves instead of the whole bearing? who in their righ mind would replace half of the bearing, oh well just stoked that im getting closer to the finish

what are you talking about laziness?!?! i would NEVER undertake what you are doing, I would get bored/lazy with it in a matter of a week or two. Are you snapping a few pics of the motor all torn down with the overbore kit and stuff? I would love to see some of those pics. Keep up the awesome work!

The pistin kit was delivered today, super stoked parts will be dropped off at the machine shop today and picture will follow shortly after this morning. im getting so close to being able to ride again

well the top half of my case is down in santa fe springs at la sleeve. only costing 250 for the boring. so next week i will have pics of the work and start putting the engine together, it should only take me a day to tie up then its off to be jetted and run on the dyno
