Rear wheel spacers

Rear wheel spacers
Hi everybody. I'm new to the forum and was hoping somebody could help me out.
I removed the rear wheel on my 1998 F3 for a tire change and when the tire dropped both spacers did as well and I'm trying to determine which side is which. I reinstalled the wheel and put the collared spacer on the right side of the wheel (brake side) and put the flat spacer on the left (clutch side). Every thing seems to be correct, wheel spins freely and appears to be aligned properly, but after double checking with an online manual I found it looks like the collared spacer should be on the left (clutch ) side?
Also when I removed the brake caliper the brake pads were only holding on with one pin and kind of dangling out of the caliper. Should there be another pin? When I reinstalled they seemed to kind of fit on the caliper bracket and don't seem to rub/ catch on anything.
Excuse my noob questions. Thanks for any help!

The collared spacer goes on the cush/sprocket side. See diagram.

The brake pad is held in by one pin. The other side fits into the bracket, in the metal hardware pieces. Make sure the put a little lube on the pad where it touches the bracket and pin so it slides easier.
