Its the LAW here in Omaha. If you dont have them, you get pulled over. Dont need the hassle.

They are required here in Washington State also but i've never been pulled over for it.

I would slip that big boot down and see if there are any wires inside that have been capped. On my bike its a solid green wire and a black wire with a tan stripe. Looks like the colors on the F3 are different but I assume your green/yellow strip wire represents (black) and green represents green. So...look for a brown wire(with a stripe on it) and a green wire inside that boot or you might have to follow the harness( the big boot ) back to where it originates. All bikes are set up with plate light wires so they have to be there somewhere?? What did they splice and tape up with electrical tape there in your pic???

Looks like you'll be looking for a free green/yellow stripe and a solid brown wire.

Are them turn signal yellow lights factory?? Somebodys been in there messing around, we just need to figure out what they did exactly.
