Default Putting boost to an f3 motor

anyone ever put a turbo on a f3? got a turbo for an audi a4 from a friend and you all know what my first thought was. so has anyone ever out boost to these motors? i plan on running pretty low boost around 3-5psi (if i can make it work). will the motor hold together? will i run into problems with blowing out carb seals? do you think the f3 motor will be able to spool the tubro off an audi a4? to many questions so little time

I am almost positive you can run more than 5lbs of boost on a cbr motor. Look on youtube I've seen a video of a guy with a turbo fireblade and he was hitting more than 15lbs of boost. It was sick. There is a guy on here that was going to do a turbo build. Not sure if he ever put a build thread though. If I remember his name I will post it. I also have a spare turbo from a mustang svo.

im sure you have a garrett. it should work but you will need to find out what size turbine is on the cold side and the hot side of the turbo to determine if it will work. if its too big it will have some turbo lag. but if its a decent size for our engines then it will spool decent. im wondering how this will all workout. building a decent header, fuel, tuning, and of course that airbox will need to be either moded or someone will need to build you one. im gonna post some pics to give you an idea. this is a honda cbr but not sure what year/ or cc size it is. enjoy.

heres what im talking about with the new intake box.

heres the link.

Default Boosted f3

Most riders at the strip get nervous when a older bike keeps up with them. Let alone a older f3 take out a newer gixxer 600. There is bound to be some tears from the gixxer rider.
